Update: It seems our Colocation provider, Teracast has not paid bills to their creditors and datacenter. We are now bypassing them to talk directly to iM Critical Datacenter, Sales support as well as NOC to have them help us in the issue.
Our colocation provider's core router failed around 5AM EDT. We are in correspondence with Teracast (colocation provider) for further updates to the situation. Currently the entire network is out.
